Connected Clients

In the Connected Clients tab, you will see a list of all conncected clients.

In addition, you can remotely update connected device firmware on this page, or remotely open the Live View application and modify live view configuration.

To disconnect the clients from your Surveillance Station:

1. Select the clients you wish to disconnect.
   Note: You can press Ctrl or Shift for multiple selections.
2. Click Kill Connection.

To upgrade client firmware remotely:

1. Select the client you wish to upgrade.
2. Click Update Firmware.
3. Click Upload to upload a firmware, and then click Next to upload.
4. The Update VisualStation page will appear after the firmware is uploaded, and the firmware will be transferred to the client for updating.
5. The Update VisualStation page will display the firmware transferring progress. Click Finish to exit once the firmware is transferred, and the client will start updating the firmware.

To open the Live View application and modify live view configuration remotely:

1. Select the client you wish to modify the live view configuration.
2. Click Configure Layout.
3. This page allows for configuring live view layout on the client's monitor. The following settings are adjustable:
   Note: VisualStation type clients have 2 monitors available for configuration.
   • Layout: Layout to be displayed.
   • Full Screen: View live view in full screen mode
   • Expand Alert Panel: Expand Alert Panel
4. Click Save to apply settings to the client.
