Please read the instructions below then click on the "Registration form" button to proceed:

1. On the registration form, complete the details required, (all the blue fields must have an entry). If an authorisation code has been supplied to you, please type this into the Authorisation code box. Your serial number is on the back cover of the CD/DVD box.
   Note: For CDA2 users, if the Additional wiring diagrams module has been purchased, tick the Wiring diagrams box under Additional data module.
2. Fax or Email the form back to the number or address shown on the form.
   You will receive a response from Autodata Limited with your unique Registration code.
3. Enter the Registration code in the appropriate box and click on the Accept button.
   Your PC is now registered.
